In accordance with the GDPR, the personal data that you communicate to us is solely used for commercial purposes between you and the company ae&t who is responsible for data control. This data may not be assigned to third parties and shall be retained only for as long as it is necessary for our commercial relationship.
You are reminded that at any time you may exercise your right to access your data and to have it rectified or erased by contacting us at the following address: info@aet.fr. If you wish to make a complaint, you may contact the data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

3. PERSONAL DATA

To offer you tailored services or information, we may need to ask you to provide personal data (surname, first name, postal address, email address, etc.). Depending on the services you subscribe to, you will be asked to provide information, some of which is mandatory and some optional.

The company AE&T undertakes to respect your privacy and to protect the information you provide. In particular, the personal data collected on the AE&T company website is intended for the processing of emails and, where applicable, the processing of your requests for quotes, orders, etc.

You undertake to contact AE&T at info@aet.fr, dpo@aet.fr, or at +33 (0)5 59 06 06 00 for any noted anomalies, loss of password, or unauthorized use by a third party, so that the password can be deleted. AE&T cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the failure to apply this paragraph.

Requests for information made to the company AE&T may be forwarded to its competent staff members in order to provide you with appropriate answers. This information may not be transferred to third parties. This data will be retained for the entire duration of the commercial relationship if it continues, and for a maximum period of 24 months after its termination.

Opt-Out & Unsubscription Tracking

An annual email campaign is conducted at the beginning of January to send corporate holiday wishes. This campaign is sent to all contacts maintained within our PROGINOV database. This email allows us to track and manage opt-outs (unsubscriptions) via the BREVO marketing tool.

Database Updates in Proginov (ERP)

Our main PROGINOV (ERP) database is systematically updated with the information synchronized from BREVO regarding unsubscriptions and hard bounces.

This update is performed every 3 months: February / May / August / November
